Marianna was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Rhodes College in 2023 where she received her BA in Studio Art and Spanish. She was the recipient of the Rhodes College Dionysian Award for Studio Art. She currently works as an artist’s assistant to a printmaker. Marianna was selected to be an Emerging Artist in the 2023-2024 St. Louis Art Fair Emerging Artist Program. She won the Emerging Artist Best of Show Award at the 2024 St. Louis Art Fair.

Marianna’s interests in domestic scenes and vintage design stem from childhood memories at her grandparents’ homes and her mother’s passion for interior design. Days spent at her grandma’s mid-century Lustron house and long visits to antique shops with her mom resulted in Marianna’s love for home furnishings, especially those of past decades.
